• Super self-centering ability

Due to its very short chisel edge, Multi-facet point has quite small "drill walk", therefore, the

accuracy of the hole location is better than traditional twist drills. In drilling a surface with a

incline angle of 10 degree, it could still cut.

• Wide usage

Multi-facet point twist drill bits have a family of different members, it could successful drill

different materials such as stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and composites. It also has different

points for both deep holes and holes on thin sheet metals.

• Low cutting forces

Because of the better chip ejection, the cutting forces both axial force (thrust) and torques is

lower than those of traditional twist drills. Its thrust is 50% less that of tradition ones.

• Long tool life

Due to the less cutting forces and less heat, multi-facet point twist drill bit has much longer tool lives. Its range is about 3 to 5 times of the tool life of the traditional twist bits.

• High efficiency

Also due to the low cutting forces, the user could increase the federate or the speed to purse the high productivity.
